Permitting
As part of our standard contract, we provide for the preparation of all documentation and applications for your project, filing them with their respective agencies. This includes the building department, health department, and Nassau County Department of Public Works.

General Contracting
Provide complete construction services with our staff and sub-contractors and complete your build-out on time and within budget. Your project will have a project manager to coordinate our in-house mechanics and our sub contractors. Our sub-contractors are not “fly by night”. Each of our subs has an extensive foodservice background, is individually licensed and insured and has been working for Deli Design for over 15 years. We believe in building a relationship with our subs as we do with our clients. Within our contracting scope we also obtain the required permits for electric, plumbing, exhaust hood & fire suppression, fire alarm, fire sprinklers, signage, etc. as well as all inspections associated with these trades.

Construction Management
Acting as your eyes and ears, we will coordinate, manage and supervise your project. Acting as an agent for our clients we can take responsibility for the project bringing in it in on time and within budget. Deli Design is able to take projects from the design phase to construction to opening day, saving our clients time and money.
